Outdoor Sessions


The Great Outdoors is a great educational environment. Outdoor sessions are available for one-to-one coaching and team trainings. Occasionally, I run group workshop session for individuals to book onto (akin to the online workshops – to be notified about these, please sign up to my newsletter in my website footer.

There are many benefits to learning outdoors. Experts believe we are more attentive while outdoors, which results in us having better recall of information later. Nature calms us and keeps us level-headed, which is welcome during the sometimes-stressful endeavour of creating a presentation. Plus, we spend so much of our time indoors, looking at screens, that it’s healthy to get a breakaway.
