Cancellation and refund policy

One-to-one coaching and team trainings

One-to-one coaching sessions and team trainings are bespoke trainings for each client. Once you have confirmed your booking, NEED DETAILS IN HERE!!!

Online Workshops

In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled, you will be offered a full refund or to swap to another workshop or date. If you need to cancel or postpone a workshop booking, I am happy to issue a refund within 14 days of a payment being made. If you change your mind about a workshop up to 14 days before the workshop start date, I am happy to swap you onto another workshop, if there is space. If you are unable to attend or switch to a suitable date, someone else can take your spot. Please email me with their details.
